SHIPPING

All orders in the UK are sent via first class, signed for post.

All international orders, as standard, are sent via airmail. If you'd like your package to be tracked/signed for, please contact us to arrange this.

All orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent the same day. After 2pm will be sent the following day. UK shipping takes around 1-2 days and international can take up to 3 weeks, so please bear this in mind when placing an order.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on ANY body jewellery received. Everything we send is thoroughly checked by a team to ensure you receive nothing but the highest quality products.

WHOLESALE

We do offer wholesale rates for shops, studios and retail around the world, so please contact us for more information. 

We are also able to cater for custom designs and sizes on a wholesale basis, so if you need plugs for an event, artist, clothing company or anything else, please get in touch.
